The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page one, section two, line twenty-four, by striking out the word "$250,000" and inserting in lieu thereof the word "$500,000"; and
on page two, section two, line fifteen, after the words "Virginia and" by striking out the words "all counties bordering West Virginia that fall" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "any county outside of West Virginia if any portion of that county falls".
